Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a couple of clicks if you are using a Linux cloud hosting plan with our company. You can do this via the Emails section of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you can view your mailboxes available in alphabetical order. You can select an e-mail and click the auto-responder button or just right-click and pick the option in the context menu that will pop up. All you have to do will be to enter the text that you'd like to be sent as an automatic reply and save the changes. You'll be able to enter any text you want and editing or removing the auto-responder function can be just as simple. From the same part of the Control Panel you are able to check which mail accounts have the feature active and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you are using a semi-dedicated server package to host your domain names with our company, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for any of the mailboxes that you make with the account. You can do this through the Emails part of our simple to use Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can see a set of your mailboxes. A little icon will highlight which one has an enabled auto-responder and which one doesn't. To add, update or remove a message, click the matching icon for the specific email, type in the text that you want to use, save the change and you will be all set. If you choose a group of e-mails, you can enable or deactivate the feature for them in bulk, with just minimal efforts.
